Bishop Lands is a trained Family Counselor, individual counseling, domestic violence, and human resource. She has extensive work in the non-profit field; Internship in graduate school with United Way of Metro Atlanta and worked for several years with United Way and Big Brothers and Big Sisters. She is trained in volunteer recruitment, training and management, fundraising, board development, and mentorship.

Overseer Demetrice Weeden is a native of St. Louis, Missouri. She is a Licensed Cosmetologist, LaPlant Beauty School, 1983.
She accepted her call to the gospel ministry in 1998. She was licensed in 2005, by the Greater Bethlehem Baptist
Church (GBBC), St. Louis, Missouri, by Reverend Paul C. Robinson, Sr, and the licensing council. She served for 40
years as one of the GBBC Mass Choir Directors. She founded the GBBC Intercessory Prayer ministry in 2017.
Overseer Weeden was appointed Overseer within the Family Life International Fellowship on January 1, 2023.

He has served as a Family Counselor, Program Director for alcohol/drug treatment program, Pastor, church planter and regularly conducts seminars on functional and dysfunctional families and relationships.
